Water and oil repellent finishing
Water repellent finishing involves covering the surface of fibers with fluorochemical nanoparticles to impart excellent water repellency to the fabric. Compared to the method of coating fabrics with resin, the advantages of this finishing are as follows: it can preserve the original hand feel of the fabric, maintain breathability, and possess resistance to multiple washings. The new environmentally friendly product series reduces the impact of PFOA, PFOS, and DSDMAC on the human body and the environment compared to traditional products. It offers good water and oil repellency, outstanding continuous processing stability, and relatively good resistance to environmental factors.Water and oil repellent agents impose extremely stringent requirements on fabrics. During processing, the fabric surface must be clean and free of residues such as oils, starch spots, silicone oils, softening oils, and surfactants.
